Hot Melt Equipment Rebuild Program
We offer new hot melt systems as well as rebuilding and/or refurbishing
used HMT, Graco and Dynatec units along with Nordson series melt tanks.

Our rebuild program options are selected based on specific needs
and the condition of the unit. Listed below are the different programs
and what each includes.
Basic Recondition - $500.00
Includes the Following:
- Complete flush and removal of char from
the tank reservoir and internal manifold.
- Replacement of O-rings between glue
manifold and tank reservoir.
- Check pump for any problems, flush and
clean pump body and housing.
- Remove filter assembly and drain assembly
and check for worn O-rings and tank filter.
- Electrical Systems check, includes zone
scan to ensure proper heating of hoses and guns.

Manifold O-rings,
pump inlet O-rings, and purge compound included in the Basic Re-Condition
price. All parts including tank filter, pump rebuild kits, replacement
pumps, electrical boards, and any other parts used will be charged
in addition to the basic Re-Condition fee. |
System Overhaul - $1000.00
Includes Basic
Recondition items above, plus:
- All panels are re-painted and re-finished
with Nordson blue paint.
- All hoses will be flushed with hot-melt purge
and checked for good operation.
- All guns are checked for proper heating and
all gun modules are tested for leaks and seal damage.
- New nozzles included and are assembled onto
glue valves, *specified nozzle size and engagement length
is required.
- Once the entire system is overhauled, we will
prime the entire system with your specified adhesive to ensure
quick re-installation once returned. *Customer required adhesive
must be included with initial shipment, at least 15lbs of
material.

Typical turn-around time is 5-10 days.
