Hot Melt Adhesives

Hot Melt Adhesives offer a quick, clean and economical way to bond a wide variety of materials from wood, metal and glass to hard-to-bond plastics and vinyl. We offer the most complete line of hot melt adhesive technologies in the industry including polyamides, polyesters and EVA copolymers. Hot Melts are available in all popular forms: Sticks, Cartridges, Pellets, Slats, and Granule. They're fast, non-toxic and non-flammable.

The high quality required to meet the demands of industry is found in the HB Fuller and Bostik® products. These Adhesive are the result of on-going research and development that ensures they will perform to the highest levels.

Bulk hot melts are manufactured to be run in automatic Graco, Nordson, HTM, Dynotec and other bulk systems. These hot melts can be applied as beads, or sprayed and can be done manually or automatically.

0130 EVA - "Best Bond®". Medium open time, bonds to many difficult substrates, including ABS. Better resistance to yellowing and UV exposure than standard semi-clear sticks. Colorless. In compositional compliance with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.105.

0720 EVA - Highly versatile. Bonds to most porous and many non-porous substrates, open or closed cell foams; styrene and EPS for specialty packaging. Applied at 280ºF to 400ºF. Translucent color. In compositional compliance with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.105.

1525 Polyamide - Medium performance and flexible bonds in woodworking assembly applications. Oil resistant and wide temperature resistance also good for fabric and other porous substrates. Clear amber color.

2102 EVA - Faster setting than 2109, slower than 6305. Hard stick offers maximum gun "idling" time with minimal feeding problems when used in "stand by" assembly or packaging applications. Straw color. In compositional compliance with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.105.
