Bostik® Thermogrip Industrial Glue Guns continually growing product line offers industrial users the best and most versatile hand-held applicator guns using the 7/16-inch and 1/2-inch diameter range adhesive hot melt sticks. Both size sticks are interchangeable in all hot melt glue guns.

Model 23-G: (High- and Low-Dual Temperature):  The 23-G glue gun is an economical, but versatile 40-watt dual-temperature applicator best suited for intermittent use, "standby" and light duty industrial or maintenance applications. It can be switched to a "Lo-temp" setting for use with specially formulated glue sticks in applications where thermal damage to delicate substrates such as fabrics or foams must be avoided. When switched to "HI-temp," the 23-G glue gun uses standard "hot"-melt sticks for a broader range of bonding applications. Its lightweight, small size and versatility make it a great "toolbox companion."

Model 81-G:  The latest compact-sized glue gun. This 100-watt thermostatically controlled glue gun offers 2 to 3 times faster warm-up and recovery times than PTC heated guns, great versatility and more precise dispensing of adhesive. It is a medium-duty industrial gun designed for the more demanding and temperature-specific requirements of product assembly, where an adhesive output rate of 2 to3 lbs. per hour is needed. The 81-G glue gun is equipped with a thermal overprotection control device. Accessory nozzles available.

Model TG-4:  A proven mainstay of the Bostik® industrial line. It provide 3 to 5 lbs. per hour of adhesive output for more heavy-duty industrial applications. The TG-4 is powered by 3 solid-state PTC heating elements providing 100-watts of power and is ideal for packaging and product assembly.  In terms of "performance-per-dollar," the TG-4 is still hard to beat. Accessory nozzles available.

Model 660-G:  A 260-watt precision adjustable temperature gun that represents a new standard in industrial grade, hand-powered applicators.  It is a high performance gun intended for heavy-duty industrial use. The 660-G glue gun features high adhesive output ranging from 5 to 8 lbs. per hour; rapid warm-up and recovery times; a highly accurate user-adjustable thermostat (from 220° F to 400) for temperature-specific low- medium-, or high- temperature applications; and a full-length ergonomic "four-finger" trigger designed for maximum output with minimal effort and less hand fatigue. The 660-G glue gun is equipped with a thermal overprotection device. Accessory nozzles available.
