Purchase FAQ:

1. What types of payments do you handle?

Answer: We take payments via direct credit card entry online, corporate purchase orders (for known companies only), paypal.com, and credit card entry via phone. Other types of payments may be accepted, just give us a call.

 

 

 

2. What is your return policy?

Answer:

  • For unused equipment there is a 10% restocking fee.
  • For unopened adhesives, return must be made within 30 days from the shipment date. There is a 10% restocking fee.
  • For used equipment, open adhesive containers or material, or over 30 days from the shipment date, please contact us.

 

 

 

 

3. Do you have a paper catalog?

Answer: We have paper catalogs of various types, check the Literature section of our site. If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact us.

 

 

 

4. Do you require online registration to create an order?

Answer: No, we respect your privacy and if you prefer that we do not store your information online, you have that option.

 

 

 

 

5. How do I cancel my order?

Answer: Send an email regarding the order to info@barkerllc.com, or give us a call.

 

 

 

 

6. Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Answer: Other countries we ship to are Canada and Maquiladora in Mexico only. For Mexico we need a Texas, California, or Arizona broker address.

 

 

 

7. Do you have quantity discounts?

Answer: Yes, quantity discounts for applicable items are automatically calculated and appended to the purchase, unless stated otherwise. The amount discounted is displayed in the shopping cart.

 

 

 

 

8. Can I order by phone?

Answer: Yes. We recommend this method if you are unsure of your purchase.

 

 

 

 

9. How long does the purchase take to be processed?

Answer: We normally process orders within 24 hours. If the purchase is made on the weekend, the order will be processed on Monday.

 

 

 

10. What mail carrier(s) do you ship with?

Answer: We normally ship with UPS.

 

 

 

 

11. What are your business hours?

Answer: We are in the office Monday through Thursday from 8:00 amto 5:00 pm EST.

 

 

 

 

12. What is the maximum purchase amount?

Answer: There is no maximum purchase amount.

 

 

 

13. How do I pay via corporate purchase order?

Answer: This method is for well- known customers only. In the shopping cart, select "Purchase Order" as the payment method. Click continue and print out the invoice. If your purchase order number is on file, the order will be processed. If the purchase order is not on file, you will receive a call within one business day.

 

 

 

 

14. How do I know transactions are secure?

Answer: Transactions are sent from your computer to the payment gateway using 128 bit SSL encryption. Your privacy is guaranteed.

 

 

 

 

15. Can I physically come to the distribution center to pick up my purchase?

Answer: Yes. At the shopping cart select "Local Pickup" in the shipping method drop down list.

 

 

 

 

16. Do you charge sales tax?

Answer: No sales tax is charged unless your billing address is in the state of Indiana.
