7522Bostik®
Epoxy
High Performance
A high performance two-part structural, adhesive system for
applications that require high peel and high shear strengths. With
excellent adhesion to rubber, plastics, wood and metal, it has good
shock and impact resistance. Available in clear, 7522 meets DOD A
82720(1) specifications. This is an exceptional epoxy for bonding
diverse materials, especially rubber, that will need to tolerate adverse
conditions. Bostik® 7522 epoxy also cures at room temperature,
with setup in 12-16 hours and full cure in 48-72 hours. Its excellent
mechanical and electrical properties make it an exceptional electrical
insulator.
7538Bostik®
Epoxy
General Purpose
A general purpose epoxy structural adhesive with high shear
strength, good electrical properties, and excellent environmental
resistance. It has good adhesion to metals, wood, reinforced plastics
and masonry products. Curing at room temperature, it will adhere with
minimum surface preparation and has a low coefficient of expansion.
Bostik® 7538 sets up in 8-12 hours with full cure 24 hours. It
is the best choice for bonding parts that must withstand weathering,
moisture and temperature changes. Available in green, Bostik®
7538 meets Mil Spec. A-52194-A requirements.
7575Bostik®
Epoxy, Clear or Grey
5-Minute Curing
A medium viscosity, multipurpose, two-part epoxy that cures
at room temperature. Bostik® 7575 has a five to seven minute working
time and develops full cure in one to three hours. Unlike conventional
5-minute epoxies, Bostik® 7575 is designed for structural bonding
applications requiring a fast curing epoxy with low shrinkage, good
shock resistance and excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
Bostik® 7575 has a unique formulation which allows it to tolerate
moist or damp surfaces while bonding. It is ideal for forming tough,
structural bonds to metals, phenolic plastics, polyesters, glass,
FRP's, hard boards, wood, ceramics, rubber and masonry materials.
An excellent electric insulator, Bostik® 7575 provides superior
resistance to vapors, gases, water, galvanic action, petroleum fuels
and salt solution. It is excellent choice for a variety of applications
including potting, sealing electrical apparatus and for quick repairs.
Bostik® 7575 is available in both clear and grey colors.
